For Businesses

Built for the hardest customer. Over-built for yours.

UsOS™ runs your whole organization on one data spine — operations today, your public presence next. It was designed for the organization with no IT team and no margin for error, which makes it over-engineered for a business with real resources behind it. Try it free for 14 days; talk to us only when you're ready.

The design target

Why that's the strongest thing we can tell you.

We built UsOS for the organization with the least room for error — a nonprofit with no IT department, no support contract, and no time for a six-week rollout. Clearing that bar means onboarding with zero training, documentation good enough to be the support, and software that runs on modest hardware. A product that has to work when nothing can be assumed is over-built for a business with real resources behind it. So the pitch isn't “enterprise-grade, discounted for the little guys.” It's the reverse: what the hardest customer runs their best on is exactly what you'd run — same product, no stripped edition, no compromise. That's not a discount story. It's a quality proof.

It's the same platform nonprofits run on — free and full-featured for them, the whole product for everyone. The entry point isn't a teaser; it's the real thing.

Membership

Higher tiers buy convenience, never features.

Every UsOS tier runs the same software: the same features, the same data isolation, the same security posture. A business on the entry tier gets exactly what an enterprise gets — nobody upgrades to privacy, and nobody upgrades to capability. What ascending tiers add is operational assurance: the guarantees, integrations, and support a larger or more regulated organization needs. You pay for the assurances, not for the product.

Universal at every tier

Full feature set · per-organization data isolation · multi-factor authentication · EN/ES throughout · your data yours to export

Each tier includes everything before it. What changes is the assurance layer — never the product.

Pricing tracks the assurance layer, not the software. Tell us how your organization runs and we'll point you to the right tier.

Talk to us about tiers

Starter

The full platform, self-serve.

  • Every UsOS Admin module, running on our managed hosting — no infrastructure to stand up or maintain.
  • Self-serve onboarding and documentation good enough to be the support.
  • The same features and data isolation every other tier gets.

Growth

Adds the assurances a growing team leans on.

  • A contractual uptime guarantee — an SLA, not a best-effort promise.
  • Single sign-on that plugs into the identity provider you already run.
  • Named support: a person who knows your account, not just a ticket queue.

Enterprise

Adds what security and procurement teams require.

  • Guaranteed audit-log retention windows for your own compliance audits.
  • Custom or on-premise deployment for teams whose security posture requires it.
  • Procurement-ready contracting — invoicing, MSAs, and the paperwork your process needs.

The economics

Terms a stitched-together stack can't match.

A free, full-featured tier with no lock-in isn't generosity — it's what the architecture allows. The usual playbook needs the levers UsOS declines to pull: per-seat pricing, capability held behind paywalls, data that's hard to take with you, upsell walls between you and what you already bought. UsOS was built without those from the start, which is why the terms hold: the full feature set at every tier, your data yours to export, privacy that was never a premium add-on. A competitor can't copy the terms without rewriting its own business model — and that's the point.

Coming

The public side is coming next.

UsOS Admin runs your operations today. UsOS Community — the public half — is being built on the same data spine: your public site, your content, and the customer relationships that come through it, reading from the records you already keep. The direction it's built toward: a sale is a customer record, a marketing signal, and a ledger entry in one motion, instead of three tools you reconcile by hand. It isn't available yet. It's the half still to come.
