UsOS is built by a senior full-stack software engineer with more than eleven years inside financial institutions — environments where reliability, audit trails, and getting every number exactly right are the baseline, not a feature. He holds an MBA with a project-management minor, and completed certifications in data science from MIT, Agile Foundations, and Six Sigma. He has spent just as long working in organizational and human development, which is why UsOS takes an organization's health as seriously as its uptime — treating the operational floor and the human one as a single problem, not two.
Built for the hardest customer
We design for the organization with the least room for error — a resource-constrained nonprofit with no IT department and no budget for support contracts. A platform that clears that bar is over-built for everyone else. That is why the free tier isn't a stripped-down teaser: it's the full product, and it's the proof of quality.

HeartTech™ Soulutions is where the software is built and run. It shares its origins — and its name — with The Heart of Peace™ Foundation, a Charlotte, North Carolina nonprofit. Same lineage, different work: the Foundation carries the mission; HeartTech builds the platform.

We hold an active SBA HUBZone certification — verifiable directly on the U.S. Small Business Administration's public registry — along with North Carolina's HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) and Small Business Enterprise certifications.
